DECLARATION OF ACCESSIBILITY OF THE JELBI APP.

The Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) are making every effort to make the Jelbi app accessible to all.

The legal basis is the German Act on Equal Opportunities for the Disabled (BGG), the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV), and the law on barrier-free information and communication technology Berlin (BIKTG Bln) in their respective valid versions. The declaration on digital accessibility is required by the law on barrier-free information and communication technology Berlin (BIKTG Bln).

 

Status of compatibility with the requirements of the BITV

This app is partially barrier-free. The requirements of the current BITV are partially fulfilled. The areas listed below are not barrier-free for the following reasons:

Barrier: Readability

  • Description: Font size and color contrasts are sometimes insufficient.

Barrier: Reading order

  • Description: Screen readers are not able to read the logical order of visible page content on all screens.

Barrier: Orientation

  • Description: Landscape mode is not supported by the app.
